Transcription seems kind of hard, any tips?

Recently, I decided to give transcription career a try. I tried to get accepted by Rev, GMR Transcription, and TranscibeMe, but that didn't go that well.

I'm working with GoTranscript, but the pay is very low.

Guys, can you help me with some tips on how I should proceed with a career in transcription?

I've checked out the TCI's Accuracy Assessment Tool. It looks kind of a nice tool. You may check it out to practice and improve your transcription skills. As practice makes you more efficient and you will be able to make more money in the same working hours.
